Gerry has been in the construction industry for over 20 years in residential construction and in the Home Inspection business for over 15 years in BC. He completed his Home inspection Training at British Columbia Institute of Technology. His many years of hands-on experience and extensive study qualifies him to do complete, competent inspections. With his education and back ground in the construction industry Gerry has uncovered tomorrow's surprises today. Since 1995; he has specialized in home inspections in the BC area.
